Curiosity, Clarified
Frequently Asked
Questions
Discretion and clarity are the pillars of our service. Below, we address common inquiries regarding our process, privacy measures, and community standards.
Membership & Process
Our vetting process is rigorous and multi-staged. It begins with an identity verification check to ensure safety. Following that, every potential member undergoes a 120-minute interview with a matchmaker to assess personality, lifestyle alignment, and relationship goals. We prioritize emotional intelligence and discretion above all else.
The Database (free or The Nest tier) is a passive registry where you may be contacted if you're a potential match for our clients. No active search is conducted on your behalf. The Swan and Eagle tiers are active engagement services where a dedicated matchmaker actively recruits, screens, and plans dates specifically for you. See our 'Database & Registry' section below for detailed information about database options.
While we cannot ethically guarantee chemistry, our active memberships (The Swan and The Eagle) typically include a commitment to a specific number of curated introductions (usually 3-5 over a 6-month period). We prioritize quality over quantity; we would rather pause your membership than send you on a date that doesn't meet our standards.
Privacy & Discretion
Absolutely not. We are not a dating app. There is no public browsing, swiping, or directory. Your profile is held in a secure, offline database accessible only to our internal matchmaking team. Your information is only shared with a potential match after we have vetted them and received your explicit permission.
Yes. All Swan and Eagle clients and their matches are required to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before an introduction is facilitated. This ensures that the identities and private lives of our high-profile members remain strictly confidential.
ENM & Dynamics
We welcome the full spectrum of ethical non-monogamy, including polyamory, open relationships, swinging, and relationship anarchy. During your consultation, we delve deep into your specific dynamic (e.g., KTP vs. Parallel, hierarchical vs. non-hierarchical) to ensure we match you with compatible partners.
Yes, however, we highly recommend starting with our 'Date Strategy' service if you are brand new. Non-monogamy requires a specific set of communication skills and self-awareness. Our strategists can help you establish your boundaries and agreements before you dive into the dating pool.
We collaborate with discerning singles and couples on a bespoke, case-by-case basis. We support individuals within partnerships in pursuing their own distinct connections. Every participant undergoes independent, rigorous vetting to ensure alignment and excellence.
The Database & Registry
Our database is a private, offline registry of vetted individuals who are interested in ethical non-monogamy. It serves as our matchmaking pool—a curated network of high-quality people who value discretion and authentic connection. The database is completely private; there is no public browsing or directory.
Both options place you in our private database, but they differ in cost, vetting, and benefits:
Free Database
- • No cost to join
- • Basic profile submission
- • Passive matching only (you may be contacted if you're a potential match for our paying clients)
- • No active search conducted on your behalf
- • Limited to being matched with our Bespoke (Swan/Eagle) clients
The Nest ($500 one-time)
- • One-time initiation fee of $500
- • Mandatory 'Love Clarity Call' with a matchmaker
- • Identity verification included
- • Eligible to be matched with both Bespoke clients AND other Nest members
- • Event invitations and exclusive access
- • Newsletter access (The Inner Circle)
- • More comprehensive profile in our system
When our matchmakers are conducting an active search for a client (The Swan or The Eagle), they review our database for potential matches. If your profile aligns with a client's criteria, we will contact you to confirm your interest before sharing any information. You maintain full control—we never share your profile without your explicit permission for that specific introduction.
Only our internal matchmaking team has access to the database. There is no public directory, no browsing, and no swiping. Your profile is completely private and offline. We only share your profile with a potential match after: (1) we've identified you as a potential fit, (2) we've received your consent for that specific introduction, and (3) we've confirmed the other party's interest.
No. We offer a free database option where you can submit your profile at no cost. However, The Nest tier ($500 one-time) provides additional benefits including identity verification, a mandatory consultation call, eligibility to be matched with other Nest members (not just paying clients), and exclusive event invitations. Both options place you in our private registry.
You can join our database in two ways:
- Free Database: Complete the application form on our database application page. This is a no-cost option for passive matching.
- The Nest: Inquire about The Nest membership tier, which includes a mandatory consultation call, identity verification, and enhanced matching opportunities. The Nest requires a one-time $500 initiation fee.
Learn more about membership tiers on our matchmaking page.
Yes. If our matchmakers identify you as a potential match for one of our clients, we will contact you directly (via the email or phone number you provided) to discuss the opportunity. We will never share your information without first obtaining your explicit consent for that specific introduction.
